BB Media (Batemans Bright-Frame Media) respects your privacy. This covers the only thing this site collects from you: what you submit through the contact form.
What We Collect
Only what you type into the contact form — your name, email address, and message. Nothing else, and nothing is tracked elsewhere on the site.
How We Use It
Solely to read and reply to your message. We won't add you to a mailing list or use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
Who We Share It With
The form is delivered using Web3Forms, a third-party service that forwards your message to our inbox. We don't share your details with anyone else.
Cookies & Tracking
This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, or ad tracking. The only outside request it makes is to Google Fonts, to load the site's typefaces, which may log standard technical details like your IP address per Google's own practices.
How Long We Keep It
Only as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry, then it's deleted.
